About:Prohibited Items

Can I bring Salted Pumpkin Seed kernels,Jars of Peanut Butter, packaged cheese?

And some instant coffee into China from Canada?
Do I have to declare these items?

Pumpkin seed kernels and cheese are not allowed to enter CN. But peanut butter and sealed instant coffee can be taken. The butter should be put into the checked luggage.
