Have you found a job in PRC? If yes, your employer will get the work permit and invitation letter of a duly authorized unit to you. And during the application process, you can ask your employer to add your baby’s name on the invitation and work permit as Accompanying Person.

And then you can provide all the required documents including your passport and copy of its data page, the application form attached with a passport-style photo, the work permit and invitation letter of a duly authorized unit.

As for your baby, you can apply for an S1 type for him/her along with the application of the work Z type. Those documents are needed: the passport and its copy, the application form, a passport-style photo, copy of the work permit, and her/his birth certificate.
After that, submit the two applications to the CVASC to apply for the work Z type and S1 type if you are Indian citizens and apply in India.
