Visa to enter Guilin

We noticed there is a free entry for ASEAN tour groups (including singapore and malaysia) to enter Gui Lin for 6 days, does a Malaysian whom holding a Singapore PR need to apply for entry permit?

George, if you will be received at Guilin Airport by a qualified tour agency, then you can use this exemption policy. Otherwise, you need to apply for an entry permit before hand.
