Can you submit your application directly to the Chinese consulate in Toronto?

Why is it necessary to use a third-party agency?
What is the fee to process two visas that can be express-posted?

Irene, you cannot submit the application to the consulate and you should submit it to the CVASC in Toronto.
You mean you want to post your application to the CVASC? If so, only ordinary service is provided and it takes 10 working days. So you need to pay CAD 326.56 for two posted applications.
