M Visa letter format

Hi guys!

I'm the GM of a HK language consulting company, and I want to go to China to look at the feasibility of doing partnerships with some of the schools there. In particular, in the past I've co-operated with some of them (as an employee on a Z/RP), but now I want to go solo.

Is there a particular format for the invitation letter that makes things really easy? I'm expecting to go to quite a few different cities throughout the year - though only some dates are currently specified.

I intend to write up the letter myself, and have them sign & stamp it. Does it need to have an ORIGINAL stamp? Or will it be ok if it's scanned & emailed?

Thanks!
Frank

Frank, there is a format for the invitation letter and you can find the sample of invitation letter at this website.
Usually, you have to provide the original invitation if it is required; otherwise, the scanned or e-mailed copy can be used.

Perhaps a link to the example of the letter would be a good idea...???
