dual canadian -croatian citizen applying for chinese visa in zg

I heard Canada and PRC signed 10 years visa agreement.If so,am I allowed to apply for 10 year Chinese visa in embassy in Zagreb with Canadian passport? ( I am also Croatian citizen too)What will be duration of stay?

Luaay, I’m afraid you can only apply for a normal visa with your Croatian passport because you are in Croatia currently. If you want to apply for the 10-year visa, you’d better apply for it in Canada because it’s not easy for you to get it when you apply in a third country. The stay duration of 10-year L or M type is 60 days.
