Shohan, as far as I know, Bangladesh passport holders cannot apply for individual tourist visa to PRC, so you two need to book a tour from a travel agency and then the agency will apply group tourist L type for you to enter PRC for a visit. The documents include the passport and copy of its data page, a notice from an authorized travel agency in PRC, the application form or an introduction letter from the travel agency.
Because different travel agencies charges different, I cannot tell you for sure how much it will cost.
And the consular officers will decide how long the stay duration will be according to your travel itinerary. Usually, it may be 30 days.

According to a consultancy office in Bangladesh-as I am holding a blank passport (i have not visited any other country yet) so there is no chance to get PRC visa. How far you will agree with this??
In this case, is it possible for me to visit along with my brother??

All I can say is that it is hard to say. Anyway, you can just try to apply for it and in this case, you have 50% chance to get it. If you don’t give a try, there is no chance at all.
