DOB 07-Jun-1969: I have been in the same job for more than 15 years and trying to get another job.

but nothing seems to be working my way. Job agents and prospective employers think I have the best skills and expertise, yet they offer no job. It seems so close but not close enough.

Don't give up, Fred! This is an appropriate year for changing job. Just be patient and confident and apply for some positions. With your skills and expertise, it should not be hard to find a satisfying job. Good luck!
