We will be staying at the Grand Park Xian hotel by the SouthGate,

which airport shuttle bus should I take? arriving about 6pm.

You should take the XA Hotel line to the terminal station with CNY25. Then the Grand Park is only around 1.5km away. Take a taxi to reach within 5min at a cost of CNY9-10.
