When will I be able to establish a business of my own successfuly? Should I choose any other job?

I was born on 31 July 1988 near Lahore, Pakistan. Moon sign is Pieces.
I have been struggling to establish a business but I always feel like unfocused and scatter brained. Cannot pay attention to work and other matters. It started happening from last 2 years. Due to this my life is suffering on both personal and professional level.
