I am a Nigerian, I am a seafood distributor attending the Seafood Expo Asia in September, 2016

We were only giving our registration details via e-mail no introduction letter because the organizers don't issue any. Does that suffice? Also please I need softcopy of the visa request form. How do I get it? Any link to download from?
