About:Hong Kong Visa Application

I am a Nigerian, I am a seafood distributor attending the Seafood Expo Asia in September, 2016

We were only giving our registration details via e-mail no introduction letter because the organizers don't issue any. Does that suffice? Also please I need softcopy of the visa request form. How do I get it? Any link to download from?

Olubolanle, I think that is sufficient.
You can find the application form at the official website of the embassy of PRC or HK immigration department, and you can also find the application form at this website.
