Is there any direct bus from Fenghuang to Huaihua South Railway Station?

There is no direct bus to South Railway Station. You can take a bus to Huaihua West Bus Station from General Passenger Transport Station on North Phoenix Road. The buses are available from 8:00 to 18:00 at hourly intervals, and the trip takes about 80 minutes. Upon arrival, take a taxi to South Railway Station for about CNY 20-30.

Can the taxi in Huaihua take in 4 passengers with 4 cabin size luggage? Or do I have to take 2 taxis?
Also where is the North Phoenix Road? Is it near the Ancient Town?

Well, one taxi can hold four passengers at most, but I am afraid that the trunk cannot hold 4 pieces of cabin size luggage. So you'd better hire two.

The North Phoenix Road is about 1.2 miles (2km) to the northwest of the ancient town. You can walk there within 20 minutes. Or take a taxi there for about CNY 10. :)

There are two ways to huaihua south station. You can take a bus at FH north station, while you buy the ticket,you can told the salesman that you want go to huaihua south station. They will be arrange you to huaihua south station. They will drop you on a stop then transfer a small bus, which take ten miniuts go to huaihua south station.

Another way is ask your hotelkeeper to arrange a share car to send you to the huaihua south station directly,which cost RMB60 per person. the seat need to book in advance.
