Is it possible for an Irish citizen to apply for Chinese visa while travelling in Cambodia.

If so what documents do I require for express service?

Elle, it's possible for you to apply for it while travelling in Cambodia. What's your purpose for this China trip? If it's just for leisure purpose, you will need the following documents, including your passport, a copy of the passport's info page, a filled-out application form bearing your recent half-length photo, the original and photocopy of the entry permit to Cambodia, and round-trip tickets and hotel booking for the coming trip.
