About:China Visa

Do I need Visa for transit less than 10 hours ?

Hello
I'm Indonesian, and will go to NYC by Southern China Airlines. and transit in Guangzhou about 9 hours.
should i apply for China entry permit Only for transit ??

Dear, you don't need it. During the 9-hour layover period, if you want to leave the airport, you can apply for a temporary stay permit at there.

If you stay within transit area under 24-hour direct transit policy. However, entry permit will be required if you plan to leave the airport.
