Suzhou to Beijing

Hi..I'm going to Suzhou on the 22nd - 27th Jun for short course and I'm planning to extend my trip over there how far to Beijing

You can take high speed train from Suzhou North Railway Station to Beijing directly and the ride takes around 5.5 hours. Or you may take high speed train from Suzhou to Shanghai first(30 minutes) and then fly to Beijing(2 hours).
