Dear I want to travel from Hangzhou to Yiwu at PM. How i can do that?

Well, you have two options:
By train: either at Hangzhou Railway Station or the East Railway Station, trains for the journey are still vailable. And the last train leaves from the former around 20:50, and from the latter at 22:00.
By bus: you can take a direct bus at Hangzhou South Bus Station and the schedules at PM are from 12:25 to 18:40 every 30-60min.0
