Porter service in Hong Kong

I will be travelling alone with my two year old child, om her heavy stroller and carrying one big backpack. Will someone be able to help or assist me? If so, is it for free or do i need to pay? I will be taking the AE train and going to take the K3 bus. My concern is from the train station to the bus.
