Zhangye to Lanzhou by train

Hi, I read there is from Dec 2014 a speed train to go to LZ from Zhangye West railyways station. Is it far from Zhangye downtown to reach the railways?

Yes. There are bullet trains to LZ from Zhangye West Railway Station. The west station is about 3 kilometers away from downtown. You can take bus no. 22 to the station or take a taxi(CNY10) directly.
