About:Guilin Travel

I'm interested to do a tour named "Li River Cruise Full Day Tour of Guilin and Yangshuo".

Am I allowed to do this tour, traveling from Taiwan or the Phillipines, staying 2 nights in the city, and after continuing my journey to Bangkok? I have a dutch nationality (European passport).
