Chongqing Jiangbei Int Airport Transfer T2 to T1

Is the shuttle bus between T2 and T1 working at midnight? I need to catch a flight at T1 at 1:20 AM.

I haven't heard there is shuttle bus between T1 and T2. Actually, the two terminals are not far from each other, you can cover the distance by foot.
