details about tourist visa for wife

Dear Sir/Madam,I am currently doing my post-doc in HKU, HK but based in shenzhen for short duration until this year end. I will be getting married shortly in this mid year. I wish to bring along my wife with me. May I know If I can bring her on tourist L type for short time or S type. Also, is marriage certificate is sufficient or it needs to be chopped by Indian Embassy from India. Plz reply.

If you want her to stay for a long time with you, you should apply an S type for her. you should apply for it at the CVASC in India and the marriage certificate is needed, too.
