MY Dob: 01/07/1984. My Husband's DOB: 01/08/1983. Will we buy a house of our own

We have been trying to purchase the property since June last year. The offer has been excepted and everything is in place but when it comes to actual buying, for some reason the process gets delayed. Due to this me and my husband both are really stressed and depression.

Do you think we will ever be able to get our own house?
