How to acquire a Z visa for China while in New Zealand

Hey there

I am a New Zealand citizen currently teaching on a work visa in Colombia. I have just received a job offer in China. Am I able to get the Chinese consulate in Colombia to process my Z visa in Colombia? Or do I need to go back to New Zealand? My job in PRC starts in roughly 2 months and I dont have enough time to go all the way back to New Zealand.

Thanks

Ryan, you can apply for the Chinese work Z type from the embassy of PRC in Colombia.
In this case, you don’t need to go back to New Zealand to apply for it.
