6 months validity on ARC still required?

Do I require 6 months remaining on my ARC? I will be leaving Korea in September. I wish to visit China (Shanghai) in August. I will have 1 month left on my ARC. I am a British passport holder with plenty of time left in my passport. Can I still apply for the L Tourist visa?

No, it doesn’t have to be 6 months. As long as the ARC is valid, you can apply for it from Korea. So you can still apply for the tourist L type.
