Bus & toilet condition from Chengdu to Jiuzhaigou

Need your advise if the toilet & bus condition from Chengdu to Jiuzhaigou is very bad & dirty.
It's only 2 of us. Flight ticket cost very expensive RMB1500/way/person. We are taking alternatively we could hire a car to bring us to Jiuzhaigou, perhaps it will make the journey much shorter, will it? Also perhaps the driver can stop us at a better condition toilet, do you think so? Thanks a lot for your feedback. We plan to travel on 14th Aug 2016 for a 4 night stay in Jiuzhaigou after we visit Chengdu. Thanks....
