You can take bus No. 129 directly.

This bus goes to West BUS station!! You'll need to change to an other bus (nobody seems to know for sure which one...), so I recommend taking a taxi from the South Bus station to the West Railway station.

I tried 129, so trust me, I know! ;(

I suppose it should be Bus 77 after 129, it shows that 77 stop at both bus and railway stations, one stop between.
