About:144-Hour Visa-Free Transit

Am I eligible for this? Can I do USA-Inchon -Shanghai -Inchon - USA with the 144 hrs?

Yoj, if your travel route is like this, you are not eligible for the 144 hour free transit in Shanghai because after stopping in Shanghai, you fly back to Inchon, but in principle, you should fly to a third country or region.
