hi, do I need to clear customs with luggage on international transfer in Guangzhou Baiyun Airport?

From international flight to another international flight.

Well, you needn't claim your luggage.
However, the procedures including Quarantine & Inspection, Immigration, Customs and Security Check are necessary.
