When I order a ticket should I write diacritic sign in my family name?

I am thinking about 'ś'. I am wondering if it will be no problem to write 's' instead of 'ś', which is in my passport.

You can write it as "S". The website would ask for the passenger passport copy for issuing and they will recheck the names for you as well. If any mistake, they can correct it for you.
