visiting mt. hengshanhanging monastery by public bus.

Question

We want to visit Mt.Henghsan and Hanging Monastery by public bus.  I understand the Hanging Monastery is at the foot of Mt. Hengshan.  How are we get to both places in public transport.

You are starting from Datong, right? If yes, you can take a bus to Hunyuan from Dongguan Bus Station (about 1.5 hours). Upon arrival, take a taxi to Hengshan Mountain for about CNY 10.

Hi, Thom! As I know, there is no bus from Dongguan Bus Station to Hunyuan now. So you are suggested to take a bus from Datong Bus Station to Hunyun, and this bus station is in 3 Weidu Avenue. There is only one, which is before 9:00am.
