Bank statement required or not

Do Full Chinese Government Scholarship recipients require a bank statement to apply for a student visa?

Martha, at present, the bank statement is not required for most foreign students in China. In addition, as you have obtained full scholarship, I think you won't be required for the financial standing proof in normal cases.
