how to go to xitang city from shanghai ? can i go by train or by bus ?,

and how long to get there ( estimate ) and how much the fares ? thank u

Well, there are direct long-distance buses at Shanghai General Bus Station, at no. 1666, Zhongxing Road, to Xitang. I remember more than ten buses are scheduled from 07:20 to 18:30. The bus fare is CNY37 and it takes around 1.5h.

Hi, Harry's way is correct. But if you wanna use train, it is also doable. Take a bullet train at Shanghai Hongqiao Station to Jiashan South within half an hour. Then find shuttle bus no. 222 nearby, which directly leads to Xitang Scenic Area.
