About:Hong Kong Visa Application

I need to go to HK to attend the APDC 2016 dental congress

dear sir , i am a srilankan dental surgeon and hope to attend APDC 2016 dental congress that will be held in wanchai, hongkong on 17 june 2016 to 19 june 2016.
please tell me what are the visa requirements for me and what type that i should apply.
advice me ,how to get sponsor letter.[ i have registered in APDC congress that will held in HK 17 june 2016.] thank you.

Hi there! You can apply for a business entry permit to attend the congress in HK. The required documents include copy of your passport, the completed application form attached with a recently-taken passport-sized color photo, proof of your financial support, proof of accommodation and transportation arrangement, and an invitation letter from the APDC congress organizer. Afterwards, submit your application to the embassy of PRC to apply for it.
