Working time

Please i would like to know in which days the embassy works, and the time, because I called them but a Chinese lady answered me, who couldn't speak French or English and couldn't afford me with the right information, she promised to call me back but I have been waiting till now(((. Please if you hire people try to choose responsible ones. Thank you
