My friend from phil. Is there in china overstay for more than 1yr but she is still there, last october she was caught by a pulis and she payed her 10000 penalty then the pulis said you can still stay here in PRC so she stay again in PRC. Is it posible for her to get any kind entry permit even if she is still overstay there in PRC
