Yes! You can take bus line 110 from East Tsim Sha Tsui Railway Station, Salisbury Road to Gordon Road Station. Then, change to bus line 8P from Wing Hing Street Station to HK Convention & Exhibition Centre, Fleming Road Station. Upon arrival, walk north to the square.
The trip takes about 45 minutes. It costs HKD 13.4 by using standard octopus cards. As I know, you can enjoy a 50% discount if you use elder octopus card.

Dear Mar, ferry is more recommended! You can walk west for about 650 yards to Star Ferry Pier (Tsim Sha Tsui). Then, take a ferry to Wan Chai Ferry Pier. It takes about 10 minutes, and the fare is HKD 2.5. If you use elder octopus card, you can ride free.

Upon arrival, walk west for about 150 yards, and turn right. Walk north for about 300 yards to the square.
