About:72-Hour Visa-Free Transit FAQ

AMS - Yangon - Shanghai - Dalian - Shanghai - AMS

I am Dutch and will travel from Amsterdam to Yangon, further to Shanghai, a return flight from Shanghai to Dalian, and back to Shanghai and than back to Amsterdam - do I need a visa?

So you will transit in two Chinese cities, namely Shanghai and Dalian? If yes, you need to obtain a G type entry permit ahead of your trip if the transit time is more than 24 hours. You can only transit in one city if you want to use the 72h free transit.
