About:China Postal Service

I have china post resgisterd air mail. please help me track my parcel RH302865087CN

please help me! i cannot track it. and my seller told me to contact my local post office but they didnt know anything. :(

The latest update says it was dispatched by Shanghai Exchange Office on Apr. 30th. It should be on its way to the destination. You should wait for a couple of days.

But its been at Shanghai since April 30th. Is it usual that it takes so long time to get to another country?

Generally speaking, it may take 15~25 days to get to your country via air mail. It should arrive in a few days.

but im very worried now. the tracking number does not load the current country and it seems to be at shanghai still. my local post office does not know anything about my package. help!

Sherry, the package may not arrive your local post office by now. Maybe you should try to contact your delivery agency to find out what is going on.
