VOA in Shenzhen after midnight?

Can anyone confirm that the visa office for VOA at Huanggang border, Shenzhen, is indeed open 24hours?

Lotte, yes, the office at Huangguang port is open 24 hours. So you can go there to apply for VOA after midnight.
