If I have a tourist visa and have travelled to china but want to go again. Do I have to make a new visa.

Ahmed, if you have a multiple-entry visa, then you can travel on it during the validity and don't have to make a new one every time you travel. If you only have a single entry type, you can only enter PRC once with it. The next time you travel there, you should apply for another entry permit in advance.
