public holidays. is it open on 20th may?

Hi, I would like to know if the embassy is open on the 20th of May. If I give my passport on the 17th of May, when would I get it back if I use the regular processing time?Thank you!

Betina, the embassy will be closed on 20th May because of the public holiday, but you are advised to contact with the embassy by 00855-12810928 to confirm that.  Usually, after you submit your application, it takes 4 working days to process it.
