About:Visa Policy of China

Hi, I am holding a working visa and will expire on May 19, 2016.

I am moving to a different company after my Z type expiry. I want to know if is it possible to apply for extension for at least 1 or 2 months to give time to re-apply for new working permit and new Z type. Please help me. Thank you very much.

Angel, you can apply for a tourist L type 7 days earlier prior to the expiry date of your current work Z type. And then you can use the tourist L type to prepare the application for a new work Z type.
