m visa for internship-2 month

I know there are new laws but still cant figure it out if its possible to make internship, paid, 2 month only, with M VISA? Meanwhile I ask here, Im trying to ask in other places,ofcits kinda urgent this question. Thanks

Rute, in principle, you cannot take paid internship in PRC with a business M type and you may need to apply for a work Z type. But in real practice, it’s possible for you to do it with a business M type because your internship will only last for 2 months. You can try to apply for a business M type to do it.
