About:China Bank Acount, Credit Card, Traveler's Cheque

Transactions between countries

Hey there,
I'd like to open a BOC account in China and then withdraw money in Australia. I know there are BOC ATMs and banks in Australia. Does this mean I can withdraw money without fees?

No, you should pay 3% of the amount for each transaction.
