About:FAQ on China Postal Service

My item took so long than usual: RS025621513CN

It was shipped from supplier on May 4, 2016. it stuck at "Depart from Guangzhou". My other parcel (RI879061439CN) pass that step in 1 day. Is this mean there is some problem with my parcel?

Your parcel must have reached Guangzhou Exchange Office for the final check. Generally, this procedure will take a few days depending on parcels' amount at the exchange office. Maybe you should wait for a couple of days or call the deliver agency for detailed information.

I just received my parcel today, perhaps there is some problem with China Post Tracking system.
