We have been together for four years and we haven't got married.

I am born on 16/02/1986 and he is born on 26/12/1982. We are looking for a court of his to get finished so that we can get married and it's over three now and case is pending and so is our wedding. When will I get married to him. My parents are really worried and I am the eldest in the family. Please tell me when will that court case comes to an end and when will I get married??
