Bus to Yiliang from kunming airport after midnight?

I am planning to come to KM and want to explore both ShiLin and the Jiuxiang scenic area. Because I want to take my time, I thought I would do it over two days, staying overnight at Yiliao.

Is it possible to get a shuttle bus directly from the KMG airport to Yiliao? Also, I am looking at two flights from Chengdu; one doesn't get in until after midnight - if there is an airport shuttle to Yiliao, how late does it run?
(I speak a little Chinese, so hopefully will be able to buy tickets without too many problems.)
