About:China Outbound Tourism in 2015

Is it possible to have the statistics about Chinese tourism in South América in the last few years?

Is there any particular reason why South América is not a common destination, perhaps de distance, language barrier or insecurity?
do you believe the tourism to South América will grow significantly in the next few years? I am doing a study on the possibility to organize tailor-made tours for Chinese in this continente

thank you very much in advance

Sorry, I didn't find the specific statistics about it online. But an essay says that long distance and difficulties in applying visa make South America not being a common destination. The popularity of English is also weak. Communication also becomes a factor that holds back the development of the tourist industry.
But as the host of 2014 FIFA World Cup, the tourist industry has surely been influenced in recent years. With the opening-up of 2016 Olympic Games, the inbound number is going to be significant in next few years.

Thank you very much! Indeed I saw a couple of chinese tour operators offering travels to South America. I noticed Peru+Bolivia is one of the most popular trips, followed by Chile and Argentina.
While Brazil and Colombia for example do not seems to be still a preferred destination for Chinese.
Is there another source where I may look for detailed figures by country for Latin America?

regards

I found a piece of news that stated the figures. There are 3.5 million foreign tourists visiting Peru+Bolivia in 2015; among them, Asian visitors cover a large amount but there is no specific number about it. 36 thousand Chinese visitors set out tours to Argentina. The number of inbound visitors in Chile is not mentioned, either. But the government has implemented a policy that Chinese visitors don't need to pay the visa-application fee since July. 1st, 2015, this number should meet a great increase.
