Apply Visa To China in india

I am Ofelia Baquisse and I am a student here in India...
I want go to PRC to my vacations
And i would like to know how long takes to Apply the Visa and I want ask,if i can use my sister bank saves account,because i don't have an account!
Or if I have another solution
