am Prince and am yet to receive my jw202 so I want to know the requirements for the visa application

The required documents can be shown as follows:
1. Your passport and copy of its data pages
2. Fully completed Visa Application Form with a recently-taken color passport photo
3. medical examination record
4. Admission Letter
5. Form JW202
6. photocopy of previous school’s certificate
7. proof of financial support
